• What is MotherAI Workspace?

  MotherAI Workspace helps teams use AI with company and client data under configured access rules, processing boundaries and human approvals. It lets you delegate selected tasks to agents while retaining control over their access and activity.

  Each plan includes the listed preconfigured workflows. During setup, we connect the agreed data sources and configure roles, approved models and approval steps. You are buying specific workflows and controls over how AI operates within them—not a legal database or a universal specialist. Custom development beyond the plan’s scope is quoted separately.

• Who is it for?

  Legal, accounting, audit and financial advisory teams, fintechs and organisations handling confidential company or client information.

• Where is data processed?

  LOCAL ONLY restricts processing to the designated local environment. EU CLOUD allows an approved EU cloud environment; APPROVED CLOUD allows named providers; ANY removes the location restriction where permitted. Review connected tools and logs as well as the model.

• When must a person approve an action?

  Define which actions AI may perform independently and which must wait for an approver. Retain the configured approval records.

• How are models and usage paid for?

  Model usage is billed separately through customer-owned provider accounts (BYOK). Shared API consumption can replace individual chat subscriptions for covered workflows; savings depend on usage and subscriptions replaced.

• How much does MotherAI Workspace cost?

  Starter costs €199 per month for up to 15 users, with €399 one-off standard setup for one preconfigured workflow, one standard data source and one supported communication channel. Team costs €599 per month for up to 50 users, with setup from €1,199 for up to three preconfigured workflows and three standard data sources. Regulated pricing and implementation are quoted individually. Prices exclude VAT. Model usage, custom development and private infrastructure are separate; scope is confirmed in the proposal.

• Can we use Teams or Slack?

  Teams and Slack can be connected during implementation. Available interactions depend on the selected integration.

• Does MotherAI guarantee regulatory compliance?

  Controls apply to workflows routed through MotherAI, not to unrelated AI tools. A local model alone does not make the entire solution local. Compliance depends on use, configuration and organisational obligations.

• Is a specialist Compliance Agent included?

  Workspace is the current offer. A future specialist Compliance Agent is a separate product direction, not an included capability of the Workspace plans.
